Bloodseeker is one of my favourite hero.He is awesome for new players.Very easy to use.

Items for start:
Tree,Quelling blade,Gauntlet of strenght
Early game:Phase boots,(optionally Vladimir),(Sange and Yasha)

You may be confused but trust me.
The most desirable items for elegant play with Blodeseeker are:
Force staff,Dagon,Etheral Blade.
Explanation:
Bloodseeker ulty depends of range.Dagon do instant 400 dmg(first level).Etheral blade do damage and magical sensitivity.
So you first use Etheral blade,than ulty,force staff and for last shot Dagon.

Use this.If you cant do this combo you can play safe with this items.
Battlefury and Radiance.
